
Since the 1960s, vocalist Maria Muldaur has performed roots music, jazz and the blues, and even scored a Top 10 pop hit in 1974 with "Midnight at the Oasis." She is still recording and performing, and will be in Maine on Tuesday and Wednesday performing concerts in Monmouth and Portland. The Monmouth concert on Tuesday benefits restoration of Cumston Hall. The Portland concert on Wednesday is preceded by a benefit reception in a private home to support the St. Lawrence Arts and Community Center and WMPG's Power-Up campaign.
