Hi Rhonda -
Just came back from riding my bike around the island. The birds called me out there at 4.30. They were completely irresistible. Oh, it was so lovely. Birds everywhere round the back shore, baby ducks bobbing, the roses pouring their perfume into the air, and by Spar Cove the frogs going galump, galump, and then a deer browsing in the shrubbery at the bend. She moved up the road, and I pedaled very quietly and stopped. We looked straight at each other from ten feet away. I feel as though I still have her soft eyes with me. How could I possibly have lived all my life anywhere but here?- Eleanor
