J&D's was on the Oprah show to promote their latest bacon-flavored product, a bacon-flavored mayonnaise.

Master winemaker at David's

South African master winemaker Neil Ellis will pair wines of his homeland with the food of Neil Handwerger, sous chef at David's Restaurant in Portland, at a May 7 wine dinner.

The seven-course dinner will be $75 per person, and seating is limited to 26. It will be held in the wine dining room of the restaurant, which is located in Monument Square.
