Renat Zarbailov of New York City videotapes Charles Rotmil of Portland on Thursday in Monument Square as part of Zarbailov’s art project, called “The Truth is ...” Zarbailov, who has been working on the project for four years, asked people he met in Portland to hold up a picture frame and answer the question, “What does truth mean to you?” while being videotaped.
