The action switches to the Cumberland County Civic Center today for three boys semifinals.

At 5:30 p.m., Thornton Academy meets South Portland in the first Western A semifinal. The Riots handed Thornton its first loss of the season during their only regular season meeting.

At 7 p.m., Cheverus plays Portland in the other Western A semifinal. The schools split two games during the regular season.

And at 8:30, Cape Elizabeth takes on Greely in a Western B semifinal. Greely won the first meeting between the schools early in the season; Cape beat the Rangers in double overtime in their second meeting, less than two weeks ago.
