After eight: 4-4

Bryce Cox was promoted to Portland for the playoffs. The reliever struggled in his first appearance Friday. In the 8th inning, Cox loaded the bases with a walk, hit-batter and infield single. With two outs, he hit another batter, bringing home the tying run.

We are tied, 4-4.

Miguel Asencio is on the mound for Portland, entering the 9th.
