No Papelbon, either
Forgot to mention that Jonathan Papelbon will not be available tonight (no big surprise there).
Hideki Okajima, who has relieved in three straight games, is doubtful.
Matsuzaka's command had not been terrific (45 pitches, with one out in the third), so the bullpen will have to come through.
By the way, David Ortiz ended up talking a little about his batting troubles. He agreed with manager Terry Francona that the slump was becoming more mental than anything else. Ortiz said he has to "chill out."
Expect a fresh Ortiz Monday night in Cleveland.
One more note: Jed Lowrie still has not cracked the lineup, even after Francona insisted that he will play soon. That should also happen in Cleveland.
