More applause for the farm
Another story is out about the productive Red Sox minor league system.
milb.com, the "official" minor league web site is profiling all the organizations.
The profile on Boston states that beyond the oft-mentioned names of Buchholz, Ellsbury and Masters, are "a horde of extremely talented youngsters ..."
The story goes on to suggest that first baseman Lars Anderson will have a monster year and will be promoted to Portland (and current Sea Dogs first baseman Aaron Bates will head to Pawtucket).
There is also much optimism for Sea Dogs right-hander Michael Bowden.
