Youkilis sits; Ellsbury leads off

DENVER - Just got back from Terry Francona's press conference, where he announced the expected:

Kevin Youkilis is the odd man out in Denver. Since the Red Sox do not have a DH in the National League city, they will move David Ortiz to first base. Mike Lowell will remain at third base.

If Boston has a lead, look for Youkilis to come in later.

Without Youkilis in the No. 2 spot, Francona said he planned to move Dustin Pedrois from leadoff to No. 2, and put Jacoby Ellsbury at leadoff.
