Game 2 will be different
Think the Red Sox will roll over the Colorado Rockies in this World Series?
Maybe.
But expect the Colorado hitters to do better, now that Josh Beckett is off until Game 5 (if necessary).
Curt Schilling is going on four days' rest for the first time since the regular season. He could be shaky ... or he could come up in this big game, which could be Schilling's last game with the Red Sox.
He should have a harder time than Beckett.
Colorado is throwing Ubaldo Jimenez, who is supposed to throw 100 m.p.h. But he has to throw strikes, or the Red Sox will wait him out (remember how Boston wore down Cleveland's two young aces).
Boston is still favored, but it should be closer.
