Ellsbury leading off
The Red Sox lineup is in and Jacoby Ellsbury is leading off.
Kevin Youkilis is out, his wrist still sore from being hit by a pitch Saturday.
Terry Francona spoke about a lot of things in his pre-game press conference, incuding some possible tinkering with the rotation next week, setting up for the playoffs (Wednesday's starter should be Daisuke Matsuzaka, but is currently listed as TBA).
