The Red Sox-Yankees rotations are set for their series which begins Monday.

Monday: Time Wakefield vs. Mike Mussina
Tuesday: Julian Tavares vs. Chien-Ming Wang
Wednesday: Curt Schilling vs. Andy Pettite
(excuse the brain cramp from the previous blog that mentioned Tavares as a possible starter Friday. Oops. That start will go to Daisuke Matsuzaka).

And one other rotation update from a previous blog. The next scheduled start for Sea Dogs pitcher Michael Bowden figured to be next Wednesday (pitting him against Roger Clemens). But the Sea Dogs announced a tentative rotation, giving their starters an extra day of rest. So it looks like Clay Buchholz will go against Clemens.

As for today, the raining is falling on Fenway, in between sprinkles and showers. Since Atlanta is not coming back to Boston this year, they will definitely try to squeeze this game in.
