When Lester comes, who goes?

Julian Tavarez is a relief pitcher. That fact is becoming obvious. And if positive signs come from Jon Lester's two starts for Pawtucket (first one tonight), then it appears he will join the Red Sox rotation. But assuming Tavarez goes back to bullpen, who leaves? I don't think anyone has options for Triple-A.

Maybe Okajima does (he is a rookie), but he is not going anywhere. Does this mean Kyle Snyder gets traded?

Tavarez, in his three starts, is averaging less than five innings per, with a total of 13 earned runs.
