Cora or Pedroia?

Alex Cora is batting .357 with a couple of game-winning hits. Dustin Pedroia is batting .158, with no RBI. No wonder why Cora was in the lineup today during the Red Sox 7-5 win over the NYY. But don't think Pedroia is going away.

He should be back in the lineup Sunday night against the lefty, Chase Wright. Boston is not going to give up on Pedroia but the current situation is one of the scenarois talked about in spring training. Pedroia does not have to feel the weight of Red Sox Nation on his back. He is batting in the 9-hole, and he has Cora around to give him a break when needed.

The Sea Dogs beat New Hampshire again today, 4-2.

When the Sea Dogs come to Manchester, the fans and media there pay more attention. Kevin Gray of the Union Leader had a nice piece on Clay Buchholz and his curveball Friday.

Do they trade or just cut Ochoa to make room for Ellsbury? Robinson is tearing it up and Murphy and Moss are both on the 40 man.
I'm also wondering if Mirbelli is feeling any minor league pressure with another knuckleball catcher in the wings?
