Hansack sent down

Despite a strong spring, right-handed pitcher Devern Hansack was sent down to Triple-A Pawtcuket today. Terry Francona hinted at this on Saturday. Hansack recorded a 2.08 ERA in spring training game. Francona did say that Hansack will likely help the Red Sox some time this season.
