No purchase is necessary.
Paper entries must be received at the Portland Press
Herald/Maine Sunday Telegram by the following date: Feb. 20, 2009.
Only official entry forms
published during the contest period are eligible. No photocopies or
facsimiles please.
Winners will be drawn at random by contest officials.
Winners will be selected from the pool of official entry forms received.
Additional copies of entry forms will be made available, free of charge,
while supplies last, at the Portland Press Herald/Maine Sunday Telegram,
Monday through Friday, during normal business hours.
All entry form information must be complete and legible to be entered in
drawings and will become the property of Portland Press Herald. Entries
will not be returned.
Contestants must be at least 18 years old and if chosen as a winner will
be asked to provide legal identification to claim their prize.
Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, substitution of prizes is prohibited
and all prizes are non-transferable.
Winners are responsible for local and state taxes, fees and similar
payments if applicable.
The prize winners are responsible for compliance with all conditions
that may be set by the sponsors.
The Portland Press Herald/Maine Sunday Telegram are responsible only for
promotional advertisement of this contest.
The Portland Press Herald/Maine Sunday Telegram reserve the right to use
the winners' names, town residence and photos for contest promotion
without consideration.
Employees of MaineToday Media, Inc., their agencies or
representatives, their immediate families and members of their
households are not eligible to enter.
The Portland Press Herald/Maine Sunday Telegram shall not be liable or
responsible for any loss or damage delays, or failure to perform due to
causes beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts
of God, employee strikes, epidemics, war, riots, earthquakes, flood,
fire, sabotage or any other circumstances of like character.
Decisions made by contest officials are final.
