In alphabetical order

Ashley L. Bailey: Ashley is the daughter of Wanda and John Bailey of Wiscasset. Her junior year she received the Wellesley Book Award and attended Girls State. An active member of the National Honor Society, she now serves as President of that group as well as Students for Social Action. Ashley has been a serious participant in 4-H since the sixth grade when she showed her first heifer at a local agricultural fair. Since that time she has become a 4-H junior leader attending the Citizenship Washington Focus 4-H Program at the National 4-H Center in Washington, D.C.
In the fall Ashley will attend the University of Maine to major in civil engineering.


Foxfire F. Buck: Foxy is the daughter of Bryan Buck of Wiscasset and Kat Farrin of Old Orchard Beach. An outstanding athlete, Foxy has been a member of the varsity soccer and softball teams all four years currently serving as co captain; she has also been an integral member of the basketball team. Foxy's leadership roles have also included co-president of the Class of 2008 and secretary of the National Honor Society and Student Council. She received the Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Award her sophomore year and the Smith Book Award her junior year.
Foxfire will attend Hamilton College in Clinton, New York in the fall.


Keely G. Colby: Keely is the daughter of Ron Colby and Lucy Moses of Alna. She has been active in the drama program throughout high school and a valuable member of the tennis team. Her sophomore year Keely presented her independent science project at the State of Maine Science and Technology Fair receiving an honorable mention and she attended the Keller-Bloom Marine Science Program at Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences her junior year. Keely was the recipient of the Wesleyan College Book Award.
Keely will attend Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York in the fall.


Ashley J. Ferrucci : Ashley is the daughter of Michael and Melissa Ferrucci of Wiscasset. She has demonstrated her exceptional leadership skills as President of the Civil Rights Team helping to organize a school wide Diversity Day, as co-president of the Student Council, and as stage manager for several Wiscasset High School plays. Ashley attended Girls State and received the Harvard College Book Award her junior year.
Ashley will attend the University of Maine in the fall to major in business.


Marissa L. Hammond: Marissa is the daughter of Greg and Diane Hammond of Wiscasset. She has been a standout on the playing fields and courts of Wiscasset High School all four years serving as captain for both the varsity basketball and soccer teams. An excellent student, Marissa was a Top Ten Sophomore and presented an independent science project at the State of Maine's Science and Technology Fair her sophomore year. She has enjoyed working as a helper on her family's lobster boat for many years.
Marissa will attend the University of New England in Biddeford in the fall to study environmental science.


Noreen N. McLeod: Noreen is the daughter of Keith and Patricia McLeod of Wiscasset. She has been a three-season athlete as a member of the track team, and captain of both the swim and cross country teams. Noreen also finds time to enjoy hiking and rock climbing with the outing club. She was a Top Ten Sophomore and has received numerous academic awards for outstanding achievement. Noreen was the recipient of the Williams College Book Award her junior year.
Noreen will attend the University of New England in Biddeford to study marine biology.


Sarah E. Pierce: Sarah is the daughter of Bruce and Carla Pierce of Wiscasset. Sarah has been an active athlete and scholar all four years of high school. She has been captain of the varsity basketball team and a soccer and tennis player receiving an honorable mention in the Mountain Valley Conference for tennis and second team in soccer. Sarah has also volunteered as a youth sports referee at the community center and as a middle school mentor. Currently enrolled in a college art class, Sarah is a talented artist earning a Maine College of Art Photography award.
Sarah will attend Southern Maine Community College in the fall in the liberal studies program.


Hannah M. Sieracki: Hannah is the daughter of Pamela Staveley of Edgecomb and Michael Sieracki of Boothbay Harbor. Hannah's love of learning and science in particular has made her a standout student at Wiscasset High School. Her independent project on water quality in the Sheepscot River won Hannah second place at the Maine State Science and Technology Fair her sophomore year. A valuable member of the Science Olympiad Team, Hannah has won medals at state meets in genetic and ecology events. Hannah is a member of the National Honor Society, was a Top Ten Sophomore, and won the Rensselaer Book Award her junior year.
Hannah will attend the University of Vermont in the fall.


Courtney M. Sonia: Courtney is the daughter of Jeffrey and Jamie Sonia of Wiscasset. An exceptional artist, Courtney's artwork has graced the halls of Wiscasset many times over the past four years during formal occasions and on posters advertising school events. The art department chose one of Courtney's art pieces to show at the MEA Portland Museum of Art Show and she was chosen to attend Haystack on Deer Isle for a three-day young artist conference. Courtney's activities extend beyond the art studio; she is co-president of the Civil Rights Team, a four-year member of the Student Council, manager of the girls track team, and a four year member of the golf team.
Courtney will attend Maine College of Art in the fall.


Maeve Tischbein: Maeve is the daughter of Peter and Anne Tischbein of Alna. Her interest in the International Club, travel, and cultures around the world led Maeve to study abroad in New Zealand during the summer and first semester of this school year. She has been captain of the swim team and a volunteer swim aide at the community center earning the Douglas K. Cooper Memorial Award. She is a member of the National Honor Society, the track and soccer teams, the outing club, and a middle school mentor.
Maeve will attend Franklin and Marshall College in Pennsylvania this fall.
