Our state rep here in the county is certainly not worried about any fuel cost! John Martin just purchased a brand new Lincoln continental town car sure looks good in its tiel color and red district 35 plate. He gets 5000 free gallons of fuel from the state a year to run this behemoth, talk about leading by example!report abuse

When people start cutting back on beer, cigarettes and lottery tickets, then I'll believe they are serious about making lifestyle changes.

Simple solution to all of these problems, people.

Start drilling for oil in America.

Start building new refineries in America.

Get rid of everyone in Congress and start over. Make them pass an IQ test and a civics exam before they are sworn in.

Get rid of the 15 million illegals living here driving around wasting our gas in cars they haven't registered, and without driver's licenses (except for those who came to Maine and didn't have to prove residency).report abuse
