So, things have been in a constant state of flux down here at Press Herald Plaza in the last week.

The NXT Desk did not go unaffected.

Another week in the rear view, and I feel like we're all a bit better for it. We're on the verge of one of those pseudo-holiday weekends, since St. Pat's is on Monday. Exercise caution...or not. It's really your call. Just don't look for any sympathy when you're found cold, naked, muttering and green in the Alley of Shame Sunday morning.

We stay busy here on the NXT Desk, delivering you the news you (hopefully) haven't found elsewhere and (hopefully) will make your day a little funnier, brighter and all-righter.

(Sorry, I think I just had a McConaughey moment. It happens)

We cover a lot of ground on the NXT Desk, from pop culture and technology to local art, music, politics, cuisine, personal grooming, relationship advice...the list goes on. So far I don't think we've gotten to auto repair.

But today we're adding something new: sports.

March is a time of year known for many things, chief among them is college basketball. (We'll get to that later, but needless to say, start thinking about your bracket)

There's St. Patrick's Day, and oh yes, you better believe we'll be covering that too.

And let's not forget the Ides of March.

But no, none of these is the point today. March is for Mustaches.

Since DVD was effectively snuffed out of existence (by its own maker, how tragic), there are questions that need answering.
