York-Cape Elizabeth hockey
Cape is in the midst of arguably its most challenging stretch of the season, and dropped a 6-3 decision to York on Saturday at the Biddeford Ice Arena.
Cape faces Biddeford at 7 p.m. Monday before traveling to Aroostook County for games at Presque Isle and Houlton-Hodgdon, but Capers Coach Jason Tremblay isn’t losing sleep over Cape’s 1-3 record in the past week.
“We’re playing a lot of tough teams and we’ve been in one- or two-goal games and we’re just going to keep plugging, hopefully be in every game and at the end of the season, jump back into our division schedule,” Tremblay said.
He’ll lose minutes behind the bench, though – Tremblay was ejected from Saturday’s loss to York and will sit out Monday’s game against Biddeford.
