Maine (4-6-2, 2-4-2 Hockey East) has been left off this national poll for three consecutive weeks now, four total this season - a rare occurance for a perennial contender.
Maine has dropped to last place in Hockey East after going 0-4-1 in its last five games.

QB vs. Rhode Island: Brusko
QB Michael Brusko will lead the charge for Maine football on Saturday in its home finale against Rhode Island.

Brusko came off the bench to lead Maine to a 16-13 win last week against Towson, filling in for the injured Adam Farkes (shoulder).
Brusko, who lost the starting job back on Sept. 15, said he was proud of his performance against Towson.
It is unclear if Farkes will return for Maine's finale at New Hampshire next week.

QB Prognosis; News n Notes
Football
Maine QB Adam Farkes is likely out for the weekend, and perhaps longer after leaving Saturday's game with a left shoulder injury. (His non-throwing arm)
Maine Coach Jack Cosgrove said Tuesday the long term prognosis for Farkes is still unclear.
"We know it’s not good. We don’t know how long. He’s certainly not practicing today or tomorrow," said Cosgrove. "If you don’t practice you’re probably not going to be able to play."
Former starter Michael Brusko led Maine to a 16-13 win. He engineering two touchdown drives, including the game-winner in the fourth quarter.
