Rousseau, of Biddeford, will now be free to pursue a scholarship at another program for next season. She does not have to sit out a year at a Division II program.

We're continuing to report on this story. Here is our coverage so far.

Here is today's update.

Here is Saturday's story where Rousseau explains why she has left the program and is fighting to be released from her scholarship.

Here is the original story from last Wednesday detailing four departures from the team.

Does she have to sit out if she chooses a D2? I don not think so.

I am wondering why we even bother with the NLI anymore....comings and goings seem to be the norm.
