Rousseau is free
The University of Maine released Emily Rousseau from her basketball scholarship last night before an appeal that was scheduled for 2:30 p.m. today.

Rousseau, of Biddeford, will now be free to pursue a scholarship at another program for next season. She does not have to sit out a year at a Division II program.

Does she have to sit out if she chooses a D2? I don not think so.
I am wondering why we even bother with the NLI anymore....comings and goings seem to be the norm.
