Hockey East Opener: Maine 3, Northeastern 2

Freshman Tanner House scored off a no-look feed from Wes Clark to give Maine a 3-2 win over Northeastern in its Hockey East opener tonight in Boston.
Maine trailed twice in the game, and got tying goals from Jeff Marshall and Keenan Hopson that set up a 2-2 third period.
House's goal came at 9:35 of the third after Clark carried the puck down the wing into the zone, collected his own rebound and sent a feed into the slot.
Of note: Maine spent three of the last five minutes of the game killing penalties, and got 15 saves from goalie Ben Bishop in the third period.
