QB to Wide Receiver?

After losing the starting job at QB to redshirt freshman Adam Farkes, Michael Brusko, pictured above, has been doing a little more than playing backup at practice.

Brusko has been taking some reps at wide receiver for the last week or so. It's not such a crazy idea, as the team's receiving corps has struggled and could use any help it can get.

Coach Jack Cosgrove has been kind of mum about it, but eludes to the possibility of Brusko seeing some game time.

"Mike is a very talented athlete if there's another role for him I'd be the first to support it," said Cosgrove. "It's being practiced. It's something we're looking at."

Maine (1-3, 0-2 CAA) looks to snap a three-game losing streak at Hofstra (4-0, 1-0) tomorrow on the road.
