Video: Pingree/Summers Endorsement Interviews

The candidate interviews just keep coming.
While the Editorial Board will have a parade of candidates - from state to local offices - coming in over the next few weeks, the biggest ones are obviously the U.S. Senate and 1st District U.S. House races.

You've already seen the Senate interviews, so here are the 1st District interviews.

In an hour with the Editorial Board, Chellie Pingree, (D), and Charlie Summers, (R), discussed topics that are on many voters' minds these days, including the economy, the recently passed federal financial rescue bill, the war and more.

Unfortunately due to some technical difficulties the part of the discussion on the bailout bill was unusable.

But in these three clips Pingree and Summers discuss their plans for fixing health care, solving the energy crisis on a large and small level, and their view on getting out of Iraq and back in Afghanistan.
