All wet
It is disappointing when I turn the television on and see the announcers holding umbrellas. I guess the only good thing about it is that I do like to listen to the interviews with various drivers.
Some of them are pretty funny when they rib one another. I also could listen to Kenny Wallace’s laugh all day long. It cracks me up.
They ended up canceling the race at around 2:15. It is going to be aired at noon today on FOX. I will have the flat-panel televisions on in the newsroom today for sure.

The NHRA race in Topeka happened yesterday and it was very exciting. Rain is frustrating for any race fan.

What's a little rain? The Loudon Road Racing Series (LRRS) ran over the weekend @ NHIS. Really fast motorcycles on sunny Saturday, not quite as fast motorcycles in the rain on Sunday...very cool.

I understand the frustration at the rain delay, but whats a little rain? Try turning a 3400lb race car left a 140mph while comming off the back stretch. They run into a little problem with physics. I will admit is impressive to watch the bikes do it though.
